All orders are packed by ME! I try to make it personalised with a cute thank you note, and some freebies!

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail.

Orders within the UK will be processed and packing, in most cases 1-4 days.

Orders sent outside of the UK will take at least 7 working days to be delivered, with an average of 14 days. However, this can take longer depending on your country's customs and external factors.

Please get in touch if your order has not arrived after 30 days of it being dispatched!

Yes! Parcels will be handled by each country’s mail provider, which includes P.O. box delivery.

We accept returns and exchanges as long the item is returned in its original condition and dispatched within 14 days from the date your receive your order.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and for the shipping cost of the new item.

Customs are fees that you might have to pay in order to get your package. They exist to adjust international pricings to your country's VAT and market fees.
